Hello,
I am a registered user, but I am looking for a case Enekwe v IMB but it reports that it is not available the case is a Supreme court case decided in 2006.

Hello Alake,
It is most likely that you are searching by the title you found in the law report, the case Enekwe v IMB is available in our database but it is titled as Enekwe v International Merchant Bank of Nigeria and not IMB, so please search for a keyword in a given case, so in this example search for Enekwe in the title field and the case will be returned
